The Case of the "Odorous", "Provoking" Gas

As I was watching my retirement savings plummet, I saw this story cross the wire, and I gotta say, it provided a welcome snicker. The Clif notes version: Man arrested for suspected DWI, man passes gas, man charged with battery (charges later dropped).

But it wasn't just any gas:

"The gas was very odorous and created contact of an insulting or provoking nature..."

I am so going to use that language.
